Let me give you a little background before I go into the details about my experience with Regina… I live in Texas and my grandmother of 93 years old and mother of 73 lived in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. In early 2014, my grandmother passed away leaving my mother alone with the house. My mother decided that there was nothing keeping her in Rio Rancho anymore and decided that she wanted to sell the house and move to Houston Texas to be with her children and grandchildren. I don’t know if y'all know this, but selling a house can be quite a difficult task, let alone a house in another state. The first agent we hired spent little to no time on our sale. After many months with the first agent I was left frustrated, wondering if we would ever be able to sell it. Months later, my mother had fallen ill and joined my grandmother in heaven. The house was the least of my concerns with everything that was going on in my life, but it still was a big item on my to-do list. I decided to go with Regina. She had answered all of my prayers! Right off the bat she had the house up for market immediately with flyers, online, and open house. She knew exactly what and how to do, and constantly informed me on the progress of the house. She assigned the appropriate vendors for the buyers’ inspection report. From listing to closing; she documented everything and was very helpful to me and my family. Most of all, she was very trustworthy and I knew I had made the right decision in picking her to be my listing agent. I recommend everyone to choose her when selling their home
